Refunds & Cancellations
These rules apply to paid plans on AetherForge AI, the trading name of FORGE INTELLIGENCE LIMITED.

1. Annual plans #
Annual plans: you can cancel within 14 days of your annual charge or renewal for a full refund. After 14 days there is no refund, but you keep access until the end of your paid year and the plan will not renew. We email you a reminder 7 days before each annual renewal. Billing errors are always refunded, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2. Monthly plans #
Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.
3. How to cancel #
Cancel from Plan & billing in Settings, or through the Stripe billing portal linked there. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
